Yes, you can. When you provide billing information, please select “Company” and fill all the mandatory fields, including the certified e-mail address or the SDI code, if your company is Italian. In this way we can issue a proper electronic invoice for your purchase.

If you want to send a gift we will manage it for you. Before placing your order make sure you flagged “Ship to another address” and provided the full address of who will receive your gift. Then write in the order notes that it is a gift and, if you wish, a greetings message.
We will send your gift within the usual delivery time, packed in a gift box with the greetings card.

No, the cash-on-delivery payment is not provided.

All the products in our shop are dispatched by carriers providing a tracking service. To view where your parcel is, you simply have to enter the tracking code on the carrier’s website. We will provide both tracking code and the carrier’s website by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Note: it may happen that, during the first hours after the parcel is dispatched, the tracking code is not valid; this happens because the parcel didn’t reach the closest dispatch point yet.

Yes. For spare parts please contact our customer service telling us brand and model of the product and the spare part you need; we will check how to provide you with the spare part.

If you don’t know the brand and the model of your product, please send us some pictures and our team will help you to identify it.
